Cancun To Holbox Ferry dock transportation Shared Services

we depart everyday from cancun aiport 4 pre scheduled times 10:15, 13:00, 15:45 and 18:00 on the shared shuttle we only pickup terminal 2 domestic.

after board the van is two hours ride to get to Chiquila Port

last ferry to Holbox is 21:30 hrs everyday

• We depart from WELCOME BAR Located at Cancun International Airport inside terminal number 2 domestic on the Arrival area. you need be at least 10 minutes before our departure time.
• How to Get to Terminal 2 Domestic? If Your land in a different terminal there is a free inner terminal Shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes to other terminals once you get to terminal 2 domestic next to door number 8 there is an acces with a security Guard, you need show him your shuttle reservation and he will allow you to get in to the arrival section of the terminal, walk straight untill you see the welcome bar. hits important that you know we cant collect you in another terminal please try to be on time we only wait 10 minutes after our departure time. if you are short of time you can hire a taxi from terminal to terminal to take you to our meeting point. we are not responsable for flight delays.

The company reached out 24 hours in advance and sent along clear directions on meeting location and expectations.

The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver was fantastic and exactly on time. He also knew the route and road avoiding potholes and speed bumps. It’s a pretty ride through some small towns.

We took the 6pm Cancun shuttle for the last ferry at 8:30pm and we rolled up to the doc right at 8:30. One of the locals said that the boat would not leave until a little later and must wait for the shuttle to arrive. We were the last to board.

Would use them again.

Great transfer shuttle - would recommend. It took around 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to the ferry port from Cancun Airport.

Our trip from the airport to the port was horrible! 3 1/2 hr drive when I was told it would be 2 hrs. Took us through all these back roads & then made a stop at a paint store saying he had to sign some papers. Driver was not friendly at all.

Driver was crazy, driving too fast, passing cars in a very stretch road, approached the other cars very rude , stopped for 20 min in a gas station. Didn’t take the toll road, so we crossed many towns, delaying the arrival.
For the high cost we payed, at least we should have used the toll road.
Don’t recommend at all. We almost kissed the ground when arrived.

Our flight was delayed and we were running very tight for our shuttle BUT our driver was very engaged over WhatsApp and eased our minds and waited for us patiently. His driving skills thru the 2 plus hour drive were incredible and we made up time to make our ferry ride. He even stopped so we could get water and a snack. Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

They charged my credit card and did not confirm the reservation. Be careful when buying. When I called the call center they couldn't help me.

Left right on time, got us to the port in just about 2 hours. We used this service to get home as well - I booked it on the island directly instead of through Viator, you save it bit that way. Would definitely use again.
