Punctual, safe, and as advertised! As for downsides: our driver didn't speak to passengers or make eye contact, and the company doesn't take the toll road so travel time is 1 hour longer than it could be. Pros: the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, there was clear communication from the company confirming the trip pre-departure, and I'd rate the service as a good value.

I had difficulty booking the trip. I thought I booked both ways and found out when I got to the airport that I only booked the return. That may have been Meyer; it may have been a defect in the system. I also could not locate or contact This service when I arrive in Cancun. It cost me a cab ride over $300 additional expense

Excellent communication by the driver. The Cancun airport gets crazy with all the people trying to scam you into a ride so having this secure transport and the WhatsApp messaging to clarify the meeting point was great!

FYI, meeting spot is right outside of gate 8, come out the doors, turn right, show your ticket to a security guard at a turnstyle and you’ll see the welcome bar!

Amazing customer service and appreciate that you guys always got back to me right away. Thank you for posting in the instructions that there’s free shuttles at the airport. Taxi drivers and airport employees tried lying to me so I would spend money on a taxi that I didn’t need. You saved me money with your clear instructions. Thank you

I would book this service again. It was quick, easy and hassle free. They were easy to communicate with and even let us take the later shuttle after we missed our original one due to delayed flight.

The shuttle was easy to find and got us there early. Good driver! We then grabbed the free shuttle to the terminal 4. There wasn’t a ton of leg room in our seats but it was ok. Prices are much cheaper when you go to buy them direct at the office in the town (Central). This company is probably the most reliable.

The shuttle was on time and at the exact location mentioned. The driver was very friendly, the van was very nice! I loved that the day before travel, they send a WhatsApp to confirm and send a picture of the meeting location with specific instructions. If you’ve never driven in Mexico that’s an experience in itself after coming from the States.

The driver was courteous and got us to Cancun in great time! Please note, there are 4 terminals at Cancun Airport and this shuttle drops off at Terminal 2. If you're flying out of a different terminal, you will need to catch the airport shuttle or taxi to your terminal.
