Being titled a “masterclass,” we would have liked more audio-visual presentation (such as cutting demonstrations) or other more hands-on experiences.
However, there was definitely lots of Jamon to taste and our instructor was very informative and friendly. It was a very good & interesting tasting. Also plenty of cava.
