Airport Drop off:
We will have our driver representative waiting you at hotel lobby and normally, please be ready 2.5 hours before departure flight.

We booked an airport transfer from Siem Reap Airport to our hotel. I sent two messages inquiring about meeting areas and received no response. Small airport so easy to find meeting area where other drivers were waiting. Our flight was early so we waited over on hour for our driver to show up. We waited past our requested pick up time and still no driver do we had to hire a taxi. Very dissatisfied with this service, especially after spending over an hour watching other travellers walk out of the airport to meet their waiting transfer drivers and ours did not show up.

Driver was on time at the airport, waiting for me. He wasnt fluent though he was very nice and helpful. He drove safely. I will book next time for sure.

Three day's before the departure called to confirm and the phone provided on the voucher is unreachable. I managed to get it's eamil address viia google and was able to confirm the airport Pick up arrangements.
Upon on arrival, the driver did Not show up and We waited at tge the airport for an hour. We eventually took a taxi to the hotel.
Do not use this company. Paid for it and no shows.

They are not serious never trust them, they never came I almost lost my plane, it was clearly specified to pick me up at the Hotel

We had a Pheak who is helpful and friendly
It takes 1 hour drive and the price is lower than Public rate. Highly recommend nas

Driver was standing out side waiting for us with my name writen in the welcome board at the Airport arrival hal. The trip is a bit far and it takes 1 hour to reach to my hotels. Peddy is helping with our laugages

This was an airport transfer from Siem Reap airport to our hotel. Very cheap. It says 2 way transfer but it's only one way as far as we could tell. The tuk tuk was there upon our arrival, so no waiting or haggling. The driver, Pheakdey, spoke excellent English, and did a detour so we could get some money exchanged. He also offered to take us on a tour the next day, but we had already booked a cycling tour. So we Whatsapped him to get a return ride to the airport when we left. We would have used his services more if we could, but it was a short visit. People in Cambodia were hit really hard econmically during covid. Tourism is slowly coming back. Even so, everyone was lovely and Siem Reap is a really nice city.
