Cook the meal yourself, whether it's the Seafood Moqueca or the Black Bean Feijoada, using what you've learned in a fun way you've never experienced anywhere else!

My husband and I had the best time cooking with Simone! We learned so much from her about the history and culture of the Brazilian people. She has so much passion and energy and we loved learning to cook feijoada and the other dishes. Absolutely memorable. Thank you Simone!

Fantastic class. Each dish was unique, well-balanced, easy to learn, and delicious . Simone was so kind and friendly, offered us a lot of history and advice about where to go and things to do in Rio. We had a great time!

We had so much cooking with Chef Simone and her daughter! She taught us not only how to cook multiple traditional Brazilian dishes but also about the Brazilian culture. The dishes we made were delicious and I’ll still be thinking about that fish stew. It was worth every penny and we would recommend this experience to anyone who comes to Rio. Thank you Chef Simone for such an awesome time!

I was traveling solo in Rio and had the pleasure of cooking with Chef Simone. This experience was more than just a cooking class -- it was an opportunity to explore some of Brazil's culture and history through its cuisine. Chef Simone was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and overall a very pleasant person to spend an evening with. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys good drinks, great food, and amazing company. It was an absolute delight.

Chef Simone was excellent! She is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The cooking session was very relaxing while informative. It felt like you are cooking at a friend's home. I would highly recommend this! not to mention she is just a wonderful person to know :)

This was an amazing experience. Chef Simone was fun, knowledgeable and overall just full of life and great personality. She walked us through the history of Brazil and the culture of the dishes. We had a great time making the food and drinks and everything was delicious.
Also, Renato was a huge help when booking this experience as well as offering his guidance and expertise for other activities to do during our stay.
Highly recommend!!
