Had a great time, I booked this duo while on a cruise from Carnival. They took us to the waterfall first then the beach club after. The waterfall was beautiful, but our guides were fun and made it enjoyable. Our tour guide Jamela was soo funny and made it more entertaining. She also was the one serving us our drinks and food at the club. In between serving us they made them stop and dance, which I felt was unnecessary since she was running around serving about 30 people by herself. Aside from that, the beach was beautiful and weather was great. I’d definitely recommend for a couples or family trip.

Raquel and Aaliliah were great tour guides for this day! Got us to an early and non crowded climb as well as providing really personalized advice and guidance to make sure the day felt like a relaxing vacation. The climb was fun and the beach was lovely ( even on cloudy day). The food was SUPER! The tapas 4 course meal was well worth it and filled us all up. The cocktails were also fresh and tasty.

Long drive (almost 2 hours), but no fault of the tour operators. First stop was the rafting, which was a little disappointing. While the water was refreshing, the rapids very mild, it was barely 20-min long in total. The guides who accompanies are quite aggressive in soliciting tips, so be prepared to oblige. The rafting ends at a location/bar (Reggae Hill), which appears to be a business owned by the Bamboo Club operation. Service was poor and they were out of almost everything. Total of 3 cold beers was all they had - they offered to put ice in a glass with our beers.
Next stop was Dunn’s Falls which were great and fun. Be careful of the vendors - very aggressive in trying to peddle their goods. You will encounter the same aggressiveness from the guide/photographer for tips.
Last stop is their bamboo club at 3:30pm, where you’ll finally get to eat something. Beach club is nice, food is good, but we wished they had advised us beforehand to bring snacks. They promised lunch on this excursion, but you’ll only eat at 3:30pm, so pack some snacks.
Kudos are due to the two girls who accompanied us on the excursion. They tried hard. All in all, a decent excursion, but not overly impressive
