This tour was recommended to me by a friend, and it was indeed very good. The driver knew a lot about animals and traditions and taught us a lot.
The negative point was the people who took the tour with us and who were very disrespectful (late, shouting in the car, trash and fingerprints full of oil on all the seats...).
This is the best tour in terms of quality/price ratio that I have found.
We slept in large, spacious and clean tents. The food was good.

The tour was amazing! Richard, our guide, was great. easy going and knowledgeable.
The tour company was super accommodating also!
The national park is beautiful and we saw a lot, Richard really took his time to show us a wide variety of animals!

The safari was excellent - we saw so much! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
We booked the most basic accommodation and on reflection wish we had upgraded. Whilst the camp was clean, with friendly staff and our tent was comfortable it wasn’t very scenic, there was no wifi and limited food options.
The safari itself was only 1.5 days. On the 3rd day you have an option of going to a Masai Village or a balloon trip for an extra cost.

We went on a 3 day Masai Mara safari from Nairobi with Pullman's Tours and Safaris en route to the Serengeti in Tanzania. Our driver / guide Bryson was with us all the time from picking us up at the hotel in Nairobi to delivering us (and seeing us on the plane) at the airship in the Masai Mara. Bryson was a very safe driver, friendly, spoke English very well and was extremely helpful and considerate particularly when driving slowly over the dirt bumpy roads in the Masai Mara. We had a great time and Bryson knew where to go to see the wildlife close up. I would recommend that you have a vehicle of your own (though more expensive) as you get a better experience without having to share
