Driver wasn’t there despite multiple attempts to contact. We got delayed about an hour, I communicated this with the service they noted the first request when we got delayed 30 minutes then we got delayed another 30 minutes. Their disclaimer says they wait 45 minutes so we landed within their time window yet I had no text message from the driver and no phone call / voicemail from anyone.

Southwest delayed our flight by 45 minutes and our driver Robert waited for us to arrive. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Purchased round trip to and from airport. Driver never called for pickup to airport. Uber much more reliable. Expected premium service with the high price.

Had to wait over an hour to get picked up at the airport - driver was great though! Multiple calls to the company and everyone kept saying 15 minutes - 15 minutes about 5 times

The pleasant and professional driver, Reggie! Seeing the gorgeous black vehicle pull up made me feel extra special. It was roomy and classy. I loved the contact via texting letting me know when our ride would arrive. A pleasure from start to finish.
