New Orleans Roundtrip Chauffeur Driven Airport Transfer

Booked this company for roundtrip airport to hotel transfer.

First guy - super professional and nice but could not figure out how to get to the hotel. Pretty new to the job.

Second guy - showed up late. MASSIVE ATTITUDE. Brought the wrong car - much smaller than what I paid for. I told him this is unacceptable and his response was - he didn’t give a sh*t and their company would be in business long after we left town.

I booked a large van for transportation as we had 6 adults and luggage and a wheelchair. They didn’t care. We packed it all in. Along with the drivers own two duffel bags. SUPER UNSAFE.

I had to call the company about 10x for a refund which was promised and never delivered. Finally had to go to my credit card company for a refund.

**So like the title says - pick another company to book**

Burton was prompt and professional. They showed up on time and got us to our destinations safely. One driver even gave us super tips on where to eat, party and have fun.

Great journey. Car and driver waiting for us airport. Car was perfect size for 4 people and 5 large suitcases very clean. Smooth drive to New Orleans. Would use again xx
