Discover one of Utah’s most spectacular state parks on this guided 3-hour, mountain biking tour. Explore Dead Horse Point State Park, offering fantastic mountain bike trails at an altitude of 5,900 feet. This 9-mile adventure features moderate to intermediate single track trail with rolling terrain and a dramatic overlook of the Colorado River and Canyonlands National Park. The tour is most suitable for those riders with some previous mountain biking experience. Use of a bicycle and helmet, plus park entrance fees, a water bottle you get to keep and snacks are included. We had an amazing day mountain biking in dead horse. The tour was small and personalized. Our guide, Brian, was knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history of the area and park! Thank you for a wonderful fun time.

This was such an awesome experience. This tour made everything so Easy! Our tour guide, Marla, was phenomenal! Now to be completely honest- my husband and I only experience with “mountain biking” has been on the flat land of Florida. We were completely transparent with Marla about our level of expertise. She made us feel SO comfortable. If there were segments that we struggled- she kept encouraging us. There were times we had to walk the bike because WOW that was a challenge but what made the experience so wonderful was the challenge. Marla even said- what makes this experience so great is the challenge because you will never forget. And she was 100% correct. Thank you Rim Tours and Marla for making our time in Moab such a memorable one.

We did the Dead Horse Point tour with our guide Noel. He explained the area and rock formations to us. The trail was beautiful. The Santa Cruz bikes were first class. Thank you for the wonderful day Noel!

Great but rugged ride with nice viewsI Guide was excellent and patient. Bikes were top notch. Would not recommend doing if you do not have a moderate level of physical fitness and /or have not adjusted to the elevation change.

Great scenery, easy trail for every rider. Even though it was around 30 degrees Celsius we were able to complete the entire tour on time without too much of a struggle.

Excellent experience! Wonderful trails, stunning scenery, top-of the line bikes (Santa Cruz) . Jacki was a wonderful guide who helped all in our group of various skill levels have a great time. Will definitely book with Rim Tours on our next trip to Moab.

I did the Dead Horse Point Half-Day tour by myself and it was great. My guide Brian was awesome! Great pace of riding and just the right amount of stops. He always had interesting info/facts to share, helpful riding tips and views to see. Trail was a good mix of stuff as well. They picked me up at my hotel. And the bike they supplied was very nice. Really enjoyable all around. Melissa in the office was extremely helpful as well both over email and on the phone. I had an afternoon flight and they were accommodating and was able to start my trip at 8am. Overall great experience and would recommend them.

Booked tour with rim tours after seeing great reviews … and we are glad we did! The backroad adventure was beautiful and thrilling ! Our guides Melissa and Matt were knowledgeable, easy to follow, and personable. The bikes were incredible and allowed a novice to feel comfortable navigating the slip rocks and sand with instructions from our attentive guides. The views were breathtaking …and I appreciated learning about the geology of the area. This is a must-do tour on your visit to Moab.
