There is no doubt that the best way to start your day in this region is to enjoy a 1-hour hot air balloon flight over the unique lunar-like landscape of Cappadocia.
Your adventure will start approximately 1½ hours before sunrise when you are picked up from your hotel and taken to the balloon company office for registration
Once the green light is given by the Turkish Civil Aviation authority, you will be taken to the designated take-off point. Here you will watch the final stages of balloon inflation before get basket.
Your flight will be for approximately 1 hour as your pilot guides the balloon over the scenic valleys. At first I was frightened but after seeing the pilot and how professional he was it put me at ease ! It was an incredible experience to see the sunrise and Cappadocia below us at such a high altitude… it was absolutely incredible and if you haven’t done it you really should !
Put your fears aside ! It was a once in a lifetime and I’m so happy that I did it !

We had THE BEST experience! Everything - from communication with the travel agency represented by Oguzan, to booking our balloon flight, picking up us on the day of the flight and completing it, was IMPECCABLE. Oguzan was always at our disposal, providing detailed information at any stage. He speaks perfect English and Spanish and communication goes smoothly. I want to also say a big "thank you" to the Balloon Company they work with, especially the pilot Ibrahim and the co-pilot Osman who provided an amazing atmosphere on the balloon. Ibrahim showed a great mastery in navigating the balloon allowing us to enjoy some great and closer views to Cappadocia's most famous site seeings.

This experience was one on my bucket list, so I had pretty high expectations on this. To be able to fly with a hot air balloon in Cappadocia, there are several influencing factors which are uncotrolable factor such as natural conditions and controlable factor such as the selection of experienced operators. Alhamdulillah, on the day we chose, we were able to fly. FYI, there are no flight the day before and after we were fly due to weather conditions.
Our experience flying in a hot air balloon over Goreme was very safe and amazing. Two licensed pilots controlled the balloon and sometimes maneuvered it, making us passengers a little nervous and then amazed. Thanks to our Pilot, Mr. Sait Karaca.
At the end of the trip there is a fun celebration and we've got a flight certificate.If passengers want, we can get photos and videos during the trip in the air for an additional charge.
Well some people said this is once a lifetime experience. But I don't mind to repeat again if there is a chance.

This small group trip to Saronic Islands and Peloponnese was amazing. The guides/hosts were fantastic, relaxed and very knowledgeable about the locations, sites and history. We trusted our guides to choose our food and we had traditional greek, fresh delicious meals, nothing like having the real thing!!. The places we visited were amazing and absolutely no hiccups on this tour from landing in Athens to getting on ferries to our accommodation everything was perfect!. Our Guides Argiro and Argiris were very accommodating and just wanted us to enjoy everything, they are very easy and great company. They were excellent guides and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. This trip went so smoothly we didn't feel like we were tourists. Simply Amazing!! Ballooner was incredibly skilled, he was able to fly us through the valleys with ease. No worries about fear of heights, the view is so amazing that if you look far into it you'll be pleasantly distracted and you won't be afraid.
