Enjoy a thrilling hot air balloon flight over the fairy chimneys and rock cut churches and houses of Cappadocia, with transfers from your hotel and a pre-flight breakfast on arrival at the launch site.
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Cappadocia at approximately 05:00 for the transfer to the launch site. Warm up from the early morning chill with complimentary coffee and tea. While you enjoy breakfast, watch the balloons as they are prepared and inflated.
Then, as the sun begins to rise, float to an altitude of about 1,000 feet (300 meters) for extraordinary 360-degree views of Cappadocia. The wind will transport you across the valleys and mountains for about 45 min. to 1-hour, depending on the weather. Marvel at the unique rocks and caves of the region from a bird’s eye perspective.

They cancelled our hot air balloon tour for Wednesday (10 April) the basis of “bad weather” when if fact a lot of the other hot air balloon DID NOT cancel yet. The SHM themselves did not cancel the hot air balloons for Wednesday. I am extremely upset by the lack of professionalism and how inconsiderate this company is, I am only in Cappadocia for 3 days and Thursday is my last day. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, they are probably selling our tickets to others for a higher price. I understand if the SHM says that they are now allowed to fly but for now hot air balloons are cleared to fly, so why is ours cancelled?
UPDATE : the hot air balloons went into the sky today (10th April) - they lied to us about “cancelling” bad weather, they sold our tickets for a higher price to gain more money. I even have proof that the hot air balloons went up and the SMH allowed them to. please do not book you will be disappointed. Book with your hotel because such companies as this are deceiving and liars.

We flew all the way from Canada for this. We picked the more expensive version that goes over Goreme instead of cat valley or soganli Valley. But the NIGHT before we got a cancellation. It’s unacceptable. We couldn’t find anyone else that day, so we just ended up going to the launch site and watching everyone else take off. No reason no communication was given. I tried to contact many times as well. I wouldn’t recommend these guys. Absolute last minute cancellation, weather was perfect. We think it was a money grab, they found people that were willing to pay 1.5times the price as us.

Pick up was at my hotel and on time- spent about 40 mins up in the balloon - sunrise was also amazing-champagne party after- all staff amazing and friendly- we were four balloons all together

Our tour was fantastic!! Emre and the whole team from Efes Balloons were outstanding - started on time, gave us excellent instructions, kept us entertained, and ensured we had a great time.
Emre's landing the balloon directly on the trailer was outstanding!!!

We are completely unsatisfied with this tour. The tour operator started tour at 6:15 AM after sunrise, while we paid for 4:30 AM tour. I checked with local companies for price of 6:00 AM tour and all have confirmed price of €150 for the same tour that we paid €250. Also the captain took additional €30 from us while we only asked for 2 video @ €30 each. He is not even responding to the messages.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They cancelled our flight when we were there at the Cat Valley, while all balloons in Göreme were already flying!! And now I really doubt that the described itinerary is really possible: Cat Valley is so far from main Cappadocia attractions and those described... and another local guide told us that, from Cat Valley, it's not possible to see the main attractions neither. Nor the driver nor people there speak English, and no one gave us some explanation... we had to try to figure out what was happening... And money (if it's finally refunded, what I doubt...) will take at least one week, as mentioned on this platform...
So don't waste your time here and search for a flight that starts in Göreme, not the Cat Valley.

They picked us up at 4:10 am only to bring us in a van TWO HOURS and return us to the point of origin at 6:10. Nobody explained anything to us!! they just dropped us off at the hotel without explanation!!!
