Our experience with the flight was good, balloon captain and the crew were very friendly. But what we didn't knew was that there weren't many balloons flying in this area at that time so we couldn't experience the magical experience of flying with all other balloons. There were only 2 other balloons which got seperated soon after the flight. Since you will be spending hefty money, I would recommend you either do it in the main area or skip it.

We have booked this balloon flight a week ago and they canceled our booking without any apparent reason. We chose the lowest price we found on the trip advisor. Some operators do not honour their contract and decide to drop customers if they feel they can get a better price from other customers. In the meantime we were left without a balloon flight. Had we known that we would have booked from a more reliable company

Only 2 ballons flyed in Cat Valley and very late. All others are flying in Gorem or love Valley, so it's not recommended to go in Cat Valley because you will see anything. For the same price payed online, you will find the fly directly in Gorem and you will fly in a better place

Be careful!
It is not the place where all balloons are flying and you have the magical view.
This valley has 3-4 balloons maximum flying.

Not really good experience. The tour was cancelled due to the adverse whether, which was understandable. But after receiving the cancellation message, I tried to call and sent 4 messages to the tour operator because I wanted to confirm if I can be re-scheduled to the following day if weather permits to fly, but no response at all. Otherwise, I would have made my decision to fly with other balloon operator 100 mile away where it seemed to be able to fly. Very bad communication with the customers.
