My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We booked this as one of our activities. The boat picked us up on time and we had an amazing experience! Willie and Captain Marvin took great care of us and Willie even used my phone to take pics and video of our experience. I highly recommend this.

Had a super experience with Captain Marvin and his first mate whose name I don't remember (and was very nice and took great pics/video with our phone). Perfect communication on pick-up point (super easy right off the beach), picked up exactly on time, explained how it all worked (very simple hook-up, take-off and landing), and had so much fun! Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I went parasailing for the first time in Provo and it was fantastic. We booked two days before and there were only 3 of us on the boat for the 9am slot. Capt. Marvin picked us up right from the beach. Clear communication and professional.

Do not use Capt Marvin Watersports / Parasail - Public Tour. He never showed up, never called and never emailed us to let us know he wasn't coming. We paid a driver $20.00 to take us to the meetup spot (children's park in the lower bight next to Wymara resort) We followed these instructions (When you get in to the parking come down the boardwalk to the beach and the boat will come right Infront to pick you up) but no one came. We waited there from 11:30am - 2:30pm. Then we had to pay another driver $20.00 to take us back to our hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund from Viator.

I booked this trip a month in advance. The communication was good up until the day of our booking. I was sent a picture of the boat to look for. A different one came to the area we were standing but we didn't get on it as it wasn't what we were told. I received a call from the operator saying they had to change it. We had to wait an extra hour and a different company fulfilled our excursion. The communication should've been sent to me in advance of our time slot.

The ride was very relaxing and calming. The workers were very reassuring & helpful. I would suggest confirming the tour date & time a day before or on the day. All in all I would go again!

I’ve parasailed mant times but this one put the icing on the cake. Not only did I have the best views of the crystal blue water but I got to see the sunset in the sky. Also, the trip wasn’t rushed and no one tried to charge any additional money for photography or filming. Very professional and friendly staff! I highly recommend!

Snorkeling trip with 2 stops. Small boat excursion which was fantastic! Polo took great pictures while everyone was enjoying themselves. Leo and Mitchel did a great job getting us everywhere and keep us safe! Great entertainment from the 3 of them!

This is a well-run outfit. We selected the 3 stop tour (2 snorkel plus Stingray City). The people at the desk and the bus drivers were very friendly and took good care of us. Captain Artis along with JJ and Fred were the crew and they were outstanding. Friendly, helpful, just made the whole time enjoyable. Even got to see Philip the sea turtle. Stingray City was the best.
