My family consisting of myself, my wife, and three children ages 16-21 decided on this tour because it provided a variety of activities that appealed to each member of the family.

Pickup at our hotel was timely at promptly 8:00 am. After a 30 minute van ride south we arrived at a type of depot where we met up with other people participating in the same activities. From there it was about another 30 minute van ride to the cenote. There were lots of groups from the tour company so we had to wait our turn to go into the cenote. Once inside it was about a 50 yard swim to a spot where they had you pose for a photo opportunity, then you swam back outside and waited for someone to try to sell you the photo.

Another 30-45 minute drive to Yal-ku Lagoon where we snorkeled. This stop lasted about 30 minutes and we were able to see plenty of tropical fish. My main complaint about this portion was we were only given face masks and not the full snorkel setup. This prevented us from simply keeping our faces in the water the entire time; rather, we had to pull our faces out of the water to take each breath.

Another 30-45 minute van ride and we arrived at the ATV/zipline property. There was also a buffet lunch (with decent, basic food) served at this location. Our package included 3 of the 7 zipline stops, which was about right for us.

The last activity was the ATV ride. While the ATV ride was decent, especially for someone with little ATV experience, what turned me off the most was the "hard sell" on the additional insurance for equipment damage. The safety demonstration was merely an opportunity to put the hard sell on you to purchase the additional insurance. As the ride was a simple follow the leader type ride on level terrain it seemed there was little chance for an accident provided a person used common sense. However, I bet it was mentioned at least 10 times that insurance was highly recommended. I almost felt like I was among a group of timeshare salesmen.

Finally, we were driven back to our resort in Cancun, which was about a 3 hour trip after making a couple of stops on the way back to drop other off at their resorts.

While overall a decent excursion I would not recommend this particular itinerary. While the variety of activities was appealing, the driving time between activities took a considerable portion out of the day. The vans were air conditioned and in very good condition; however, it was too much road time for my liking. I would have much preferred less road time and a little more time at each of the stops. A person almost felt rushed to get through the activity so you could drive another 30+ minutes to the next stop.

While decent, I was not especially impressed with our guide. He seemed to be more of an usher rather than a guide. For example, I wish he would have given more commentary on what we were doing and seeing; possibly providing a little education along the way.

The worst part of the tour was the hard sell on the insurance. I would have much rather paid an extra $20 to not to be hassled for the additional purchase.

The full experience was awesome but the ATV ride was the most memorable. Our guide Cortez made it that much more FUN!

We did the ATV and Cenote activity. The van ride to the activity was uneventful, I had no issue with that. My issue was with the ATV instructor, Celso. During the explanation, he stated that the beginners get in the back and he will not leave anyone. I have never rode an ATV and I’m not a reckless driver. So I was driving the ATV at my pace. He stated I will have to ride with someone else if I can’t keep up. I’m thinking back to the introduction, that he lied about it was ok to be a beginner. It was another employee behind me so I saw no issue with me not me right with the other drivers. It was no instructions how to operate the vehicle. Just get in and you should know how to drive. Now I see why it’s so many accidents with the ATVs because they want you to drive fast which is on bumpy roads where you can tip over. If you have never drove an ATV before I would not choose this company. Money grab!!

This was the worst adventure we ever did , we waited for half hour for pick up , when we arrived it was so busy it was just kayos with no direction ,we started with zipline but line ups were so long in fact it took them one hour just to get us set up, we were supposed to do ATV next but they said it was just to busy so we went in the tiny sonata instead ,it was tiny and crowded ,not much to see, NO SNORKEL NEEDED ,after more waiting finally we went to ATV S, they want an extra $15 US for insurance or they will charge you hundreds even if you scratch the beat up old ATV s , it was a stupid boring trail , the ATV s have goviners on them so zero power and you can only go as fast as the slowest in your group . We were supposed to be done at 4,30 we weren't done until 7,15 and then they called the bus go back because I never filled out there review form ,more waisted time . We missed our hotel 8pm dinner reservation.

We had an AMAZING time doing this excursion. Our tour guide Henry was AWESOME!! He ensured we had a fantastic time the entire day. Snorkeling was great, plenty of fish to be seen. Swimming through the cave was a very picturesque experience. Zip lining was cool and the ATV ride was really fun. I'd highly recommend this adventure to anyone taking a vacation to the area.

Oh boy. To start. Every employee we met was kind, courteous and respectful. The employees made the trip great. The problem was that they packed us with 22 other people as part of our group for the day and everything required a ton of waiting. We left from Moon Palace with a layover at the main headquarters to pick up more people. We drove for almost 2 hours to get to the snorkeling stop. We took a while to get our gear and get in the water. Then we drove about 25 minutes to go in to a Small Cenote with 21 other people. It was very crowded and I spent most of the time trying not to bump into other people. Then we drove about 5 minutes to get to the zip lines and ATV’s. We waited about 30-35 minutes to get equipped with our gear to go on three zip lines. And with 22 people you can imagine how long the wait was for each zip line. Then we waited about 25 more minutes to go on the ATV’s. And don’t forget the 5-7 minutes speech on why you should purchase the upcharge insurance for $15-25 depending on who is driving. They scare you about all the things that could go wrong and why you should buy it. Then it was about an hour and 45 minute drive back. Overall, we did have fun as it covered all the things my family wanted to do in one day but I will never do it again. 4 hours of driving. 3 hours of waiting and 2 hours of actual experience fun. You decide.

I did a solo trip to Cancun and this organization Was able to help me enjoy my trip even further. The ATV, Zip-lining, and Snorkeling was a great experience. The lunch was also amazing. My tour guide was Horacio. He was really cool and down-to-earth. He also helped me with the snorkeling, because I did not know how to swim.

I would normally give this a 5-star rating, as the day itself, the staff, and the adventures (repelling, zip-lining, lunch, snorkeling, ATV-ing, and swimming in a cave) were fantastic!! The food was surprisingly (because it was the middle of the jungle) good, and the staff serving was incredibly gracious. Our driver (Dagoberto), guide (Rodrigo), and overall experience were terrific. I even misplaced my shorts containing my phone and wallet, and they had been found by staff and returned completely intact. I was incredibly grateful for that! However, at the end of the day, we were told one of our life-jackets (mandatory for snorkeling) was missing, and we were required to pay a $30 fee, as well as $35 for rental of five towels. The life jacket (They were not numbered.) could not be missing, as it would have to be somewhere at their site. It's possible that someone in another group picked it up, but there's no way someone would take this home, so if it was missing, it would still be on their property. What was disappointing was that we were told that this fee could not be paid via credit card, but instead could only be paid in cash to the driver/guide. That was just not believable, since there was even a credit card terminal in the middle of the jungle, that we used to pay for pictures. This felt a bit off and I would be curious if the $65 actually went to the company. Our guide also recommended a gratuity of $10 per person, which he said the driver and he would split. However, at the hotel, when we were went in to break a $100 bill to pay the $65 for the life jacket and towel rental, the driver told us the guide only gave him $5 from our $70 tip. The driver then called the guide, who told him to keep part of the $65, and that he would use some of the tip money to pay for the towel rental. Again, the adventures, our driver, the guide were fantastic all day long, and I want to be clear that we would highly recommend this adventure, but this one incident just seemed off.
