Such bad service
I got scammed in hotel transfer service from airport to hotel
The driver showed me the meter and he charged me 300 lari
I dropped of in the middle of the way
The government should take an action
Or else the tourist would stop coming here
I got so pissed of this scam my two weeks tour spoiled. I hate Tbilisi

No one met us the airport as detailed. The information desk made 2 tannoy announcements for our pick up but no one turned up. The authorised taxi company in the airport also telephoned the number on our reservation and all we got was a recorded message saying that the phone was switched off. In the end we had no option but to take an authorised taxi to our hotel. Not recommended.

This was a great airport transfer experience. The driver was professional and efficient in getting me to and from the airport on time and safely. If I return to Tbilisi I look forward to using the service again, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia

Excellent pick up service! My flight was over 20 minutes early but by the time u cleared immigration and came outside, my driver was waiting for me ready to go! I love that they keep on top of your flight Information. He also helped me go to an ATM to obtain local currency and answered questions I have! 10/10! I highly recommend!

I was picked up at the airport and back. Right on time, comfortably and safely. I paid in advance by credit card on their internet site... And the price was fair. It's important in a country when there can be unofficial taxis which charge you extra
