Reallllly amazing experience.. my first time to take a professional cooking class and definitely won’t be the last …. Sopheap was our chef, she made the class so fun and full of everything we need to know to produce the beautiful food of Cambodia in the future … she is number 1 and I would highly recommend any one to experience this while in siem reap … okun Tom Tom 🙏🏽

This was an absolutely amazing experience thanks to our teacher Sopheap. She was really helpful and knowledgeable and let us change the recipes based on our dietary requirements. Genuinely a wonderful dinner thanks to Sopheap, food tasted lovely and we made a lot of food and could barely finish it. 10/10 perfect way to spend an evening in Siem Reap.

This was a must!! Sopheap (our amazing instructor) made this class so enjoyable and was also happy to change the recipes to suit our dietary requirements. Got a lovely welcome drink and a menu to chose what we wanted to cook. Genuinely didn’t stop smiling the whole time and how nice to be able to learn some amazing Cambodian recipes!! Sopheap really made the experience a 10/10 - would recommend to a friend

Had a wonderful time cooking with Sopheap this evening. She was really friendly, welcoming and patient from start to finish. She explained all the ingredients that we were using and helped me prepare and/or cook them. The fresh spring rolls were nice, but the chicken amok was amazing. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We absolutely loved this cooking course, it is well worth the money you are paying. Sopheap was an incredible teacher; she was patient, clear and made the class very enjoyable and we got to know all about Cambodian life and its cuisine through her.
We loved that we could choose what dishes we wanted to cook so we each cooked one starter and one main so we could learn them all.
We learnt about the products you can find at the local market in Siem Reap. If you have a choice, choose to visit the market as you will feel like a local surrounded by homegrown produce, Cambodian spices and meat.
The dishes we cooked were absolutely delicious and so fun to cook and the flambéd bananas were the best dessert we've had on the whole trip.

Excellent cooking class with Sopheap.
We learn a lot about the ingredients with a tour at the market and during the cooking class.
She was really nice and took her time for explanation. The food was really tasty.

We have just been to Siem Reap, Cambodia. We wanted to learn how to cook some of the local dishes and chose to do the cooking class at Paper Tiger in Pub Street.
What a great experience! Channy was our teacher and she helped us make some of the local dishes, including a chicken curry and fish amok. She was delightful, we enjoyed it very much and we got to eat the delicious food we had made with a drink afterwards.
Would highly recommend.

This cooking course is a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon in Siem Reap. Sinuon is very friendly and does a great job of imparting her knowledge and skills in the kitchen. The price is very reasonable and you get to choose on of two starters (spring rolls or mango salad), one of three mains (chicken/fish curry, amok, or loklak) and fried bananas with a passion fruit sauce. The dishes are restaurant quality and the experience of preparing them and cooking them is therapeutic. This is a great choice for an afternoon in Siem Reap!
