Very disappointed. Time was changed to an hour later at 4:30 am in an email we couldn't access while traveling. We arrived on time and waited. Finally thought maybe we were in the wrong place or left behind and wound up missing the tour completely and running around the area hoping to catch up. It was an exhausting and frustrating day. Better communication would have helped.

Someone on your end didn’t book the tour so they wouldn’t let us on the bus! We had to walk to the tour office who would not do anything for us except book another tour for us. We told them we didn’t want a walking tour so they booked a walking tour for us- which we also canceled.
