Noel is a warm and jovial host passionate about cooking and eating - but what brings him the most joy is sharing food with people. Noel is delighted to share his secrets of Southern French cooking with guests at his home in Vence, that offers beautiful views of the mountains. Your hands-on cooking experience will last about 1.5 hours. After cooking, enjoy the meal you helped prepare with Noel and his lovely wife Amandine, when she is home. Vegetarians are welcome - let us know when making your booking if you have any dietary restrictions.

Noel was very hospitable and welcomed us into his cozy apartment. He was very kind with his instruction. We prepared 6 dishes from scratch, including melon soup, stuffed Brie, Ratatouille, veal, gnocchi and lemon crème for dessert. It was all delicious—the best meal we have eaten during our stay in France! It lasted about 4 hours in total. One of our favorite things on the trip—highly recommend it!

What an amazing experience! Chef Noel was so welcoming and fun. We all had a great experience learning the local dishes and enjoying our dishes taking in the views!! Definitely recommend the class and Chef!!

This was an amazing experience! Noel’s home is stunningly beautiful. The views from the terrace are postcard worthy. Noel was an excellent teacher and we had a chance to get our hands on everything. The menu was ready for us on arrival and we got straight to work! He provided coffee and delicious wine as well. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Truly one of a kind and unforgettable!
