He has attended several courses on how to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza and now he would like to introduce this wonderful art to everyone. My friend and I had a great time with this cooking experience during our short stay in Modena. Roberta and Aurelio were really fun to cook with and talk to. Aurelio did most of the talking, as Roberta mostly speaks Italian, but that was part of the awesome experience! We went through everything step-by-step, with them showing and explaining to us in detail what exactly we were doing along the way. Aurelio even helped me type out a list on my phone of everything we did at the end of the evening so that I would be able to take it home with me. We sat and talked for a good while after we all had our super delicious meal, just learning more about Italian cuisine and talking about their culture. I definitely recommend taking this class with them. They are great to talk to, and they definitely know what they are doing because that handmade bolognese pasta is the BEST I’ve ever eaten!
