I really enjoyed the time we spent at Pompeii and the guide was very knowledgeable. I just wish the meeting pont was a bit more clear. Many tour groups meet at the same point and it isn't really clear which is which of course that can be stressful since if you get in the wrong group or miss it all together.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. And able to answer questions. It stayed on schedule and we were well look after.
I did not give it a five because the pick up bus Was late and we actually have to walk to meet it. The meeting point was actually different than where the bus will pick us up.

Our host Valeria greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. Our tour guide, Simone was a wealth of knowledge. We did not feel rushed and gave us ample time to take photos.

we did the Pompeii tour, not the Vesuvius hike. it was half day. the guide was hard to hear and it was extremely crowded. he was knowledgeable but it was very hot and we dont really know if the guide brought us to the best places in the park.

Our tour guide Vincenzo was fantastic. Very knowledgeable without being boring. Kept our interest the whole time in Pompeii. The winery visit afterward was exquisite. Would highly recommend this tour!

Gennaro was knowledgeable, entertaining and kept us in the shade (mostly!) on our 2 hour Pompeii tour. Crazy hot day, and 2 hours was plenty to grasp this tragic bit of history. The segue to a relaxing lunch and wine tasting of grapes unique to the lava based soil gave us a fascinating perspective on Vesuvius, that looming volcano over southern Italy. Would recommend this combo until Vesuvius blows again.

Andrew was a great tour guide. Found shade in just about every stopping point. Lots of fun facts and interactive. Pack lots of water. Winery tour was quaint. Good and wine were amazing!

This was a nice size for a group, and a relatively early arrival time to the site which is always a plus. Our guide was efficient and informative, while also managing the hectic atmosphere of many different groups all trying to see the same things. This is a great trip for those who are looking to get a feel for what happened here but are otherwise put off by the traditional museum shuffle. The wine tasting was a nice way to cap off the afternoon, allowing time to chat with the others in the group and learn a bit more about how Vesuvius influences the varietals of the region.

Tour was great. Ride to Pompeii was beautiful and guide did a nice job of explaining what we were going to see in Pompeii and the history. Once in Pompeii, the guide again did a great job of pointing out the history and even the little things that we would have missed if we had chosen a self guided tour. Quite a few tourists were trying to tag along with our small 8 person group as our guide was so interesting. The wine tour was also very enjoyable with a quick, but thorough walk though the vineyards and then a delicious lunch in the beautiful restaurant with generous tastes of eight different wines. I would most definitely say this tour was worth every penny!!
