As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

This tour was absolutely incredible! Carlos was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a must do in Edinburgh. Try everything and enjoy the treats and company. Highly recommend. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.

Nichola did a great job bringing the food and drink of Edinburgh alive for us. She even had us eating haggis and it was tasty indeed! Her homespun family stories gave us a tiny insight into life in Scotland, also much appreciated.

This was a very fun tour. Skye was a fantastic guide… he was patient, clear, and knowledgeable.
The main meal is at the first place, then it’s smaller plates, and it all culminates with a small serving of very expensive Whiskey 🥃 . Come with an empty stomach and ready to walk.
Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful tour because of our guide, Madge. She was exceptionally vibrant and fun and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine it being any better. Oh yeah, the food choices she made for us were really good, too. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I loved the haggis fritters we had at Doctors. Make her tell you why it’s called Doctors. 😳 Ask for Madge by name. You won’t regret it.

The places we went were independent businesses with locally sourced food The food selections were excellent and portions substantial as well as it was varied. Skye was very informative and helpful
