As my early morning flight was getting closer and closer, I was getting more and more worried about how I would be able to find a cab or Uber at 3:50a. About 2 days prior, I found a few highly rated airport transit companies and started messaging/calling. I booked with Black Hawk not only because of their stellar ratings, but also because they were extremely responsive (and didn’t ghost me) which took a lot of the stress off. I was provided the driver’s contact upon payment which also gave me an extra sense of security that someone would be there and I could reach out if needed. The driver texted me just a few minutes prior to the pickup time to let me know he was here and was waiting to welcome me as I walked out. I was in good hands and made my 6a flight thanks to Black Hawk Sedans.

We decided on using Black Hawk Sedans after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor for our airport transfers. We are so glad we did. Their communication was excellent as we received a text and email with our driver's information prior to our arrival. The driver was a true professional and very informative about the city. He definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities. We also used them for our return to DCA airport and all went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.

We used the transfer service from DC to Reagan Airport and were extremely well served. From the reservation process with Mrs Larissa and the driver Mr Jorge Mesquita, everything was perfect. We will definitely return to this beautiful city and use Black Hawk Sedans again.

We booked Black Hawk Sedans for a transfer from Central Washington to Washington Dulles Airport. From our first contact with them via their booking/query form they were excellent, providing all information quickly and professionally. The day before our booking we received an e-mail to confirm all details and then on the day we received an e-mail advising us of the drivers name and vehicle type and registration. This made us feel very safe receiving this information. Our vehicle arrived slightly early for our transfer, the vehicle was immaculate both inside and out and our driver (Gilberto) was dressed professionally in a suit and tie, was very polite, helpful in loading and unloading the car and also gave us interesting insights into landmarks and buildings we passed on the way. The transfer itself was smooth and very comfortable and the bottles of water provided were much appreciated on a very hot day.
Overall delighted with the service and will certainly use them again if we are ever in Washington.

We used this service for travel from Ronald Reagan National DCA Airport to our hotel and also from the hotel back to the airport. Both experiences were very positive. While a bit on the pricey side, you do get excellent service transportation in a luxury vehicle. It took away all of the stress of traveling with two young kids to and from the airport in a city I've never been too before.
You easily contact your drive who can tell where to go while at the airport to be picked up. For pick up at the hotel, the driver was there on-time. Both drivers were extremely polite.
I highly recommend this service.

I’m giving Jorge and Black Hawk Sedan a plus 5 rating if I could go higher I would. The communication from the moment I contacted them with the service I was seeking always awesome. They arrived promptly ( a little early ) which too me is unheard of he waited while we took pictures , he took all our luggage loaded them in the SUV which was top notch clean inside and out. We arrived to the airport ahead of schedule which was a plus. On the second end we were met by Pedro, we had a difficult time getting our luggage because of DCA but he waited patiently again black SUV clean inside and out. My experience with Black Hawk was fantastic and I will recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable professional car service, thanks again to Jorge and Pedro and Blackhawk Sedan.
