It was a great day out although there were little changes from the tour I booked. We stopped at the falls although that wasn't a part of it and we didn't visit Neum. We had a great day however and on the way back the driver stopped in Ston so we could take photos of the fortifications. Really appreciated it!

Bosnia is such a fantastic and unique place to go to - I recommend everybody to take this day trip if they can. Different country, culture and fascinating history.
Our guide Ivan was utterly phenomenal as well - his breadth of knowledge far surpasses any other guide I have ever come across in my life. He is truly one of a kind.

Our guide Kresor, based in the office near the Kompass Hotel ( Lapad) was a brilliant companion and source of info on all things Croatia from beginning to end, Kravice then Mostar and on the way back , a beautiful hillside village lost in time whose name momentarily escapes me but where we bought fresh figs and pomegranate juice , beautifully presented by a lady who's lived elsewhere then returned to wonderful hamlet . Stanislav our driver also deserves praise, we knew we were in safe hands and he even stopped outside a bakery in Herzegovina, near where he'd lived and re-appeared with some traditional , delicious cakes for all the passengers! I'd recommend to anyone- Both guys went that extra mile for a fellow passenger with a few mobility issues, making sure he did not miss out as the rest of us scampered around. Our diverse group ( ages and nationalities) soon bonded thanks to these 2 guys we were sorry to say Goodbye to

Sorry for delay in posting this review, only because I lost the leaflet and only found yesterday !

We took this trip from them, but it was a little different: it included Kravica waterfalls, not Pocitelj. The trip took place on 06.07.2022. Pick up from the hotel occurred with a small but not very important delay. The guide, a very good English speaker, talked the whole way, giving us interesting information. We stayed at the waterfalls for about an hour, it was totally worth it, and in Mostar we had three hours, enough to visit the old town.
An OK trip, the difference, compared to the trip from Montenegro, bought from the same agency, was made by the guide (unfortunately, I don't know his name, we were the last ones to go up in the car, probably he had already recommended himself to other travelers)

We took this tour to see something different. I have spent considerable time in both Croatia and Bosnia, but my partner hadn't. Was expecting to hear some things i didn't know yet, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

The information given was little, both ahead of the tour as during. For example: they didnt tell us we could swim at the waterfalls. Having been at Plitvice before (where this isn't allowed), we didnt bother to bring our costumes. Please make this clear to your next clients.

The guide came across as a bit inexperienced (it was his 2nd tour) but did his best. Having been a tourist guide myself, i know it's a demanding job so I appreciate his efforts. Practice makes perfect, but perhaps it was better to send him off with a more experienced guide. From guide to guide: just take it easy, you will make it :).

Another issue was the van. It was full with 12/13 people and it was HOT that day, the aircon barely worked and when stationary at border stops temperatures crept up to 40+ hights. This can actually be dangerous for some people who are less fit and/or older. So for the near future, a newer van (or at least with a stronger aircon) is a smart investment.

Now, Bosnia is a beautiful and incredibly interesting country. It has many layers and a rich history. I felt the places we went were amazing, but the guiding didn't do it all the justice it deserves. The tour also arrived back way later than advertised, at 8.30 pm instead of 6pm. That should also be described more clearly, as it's not exactly a little difference. People can have evening flights, ferries or buses booked.

So all in all it was not the best experience, but with some improvements it can be a much nicer time for everyone. Even a small gesture like bringing a cooler box with water bottles on a hot day goes a long way.

Excursions can often times feel like you’re being over promised and underdelivered, however, I was pleasantly surprised with this excursion! To start, we were in a small 8 person van plus the driver which already made the trip feel much more personal and enjoyable. Our driver, Marko, was super kind and helpful in providing historic information and well as suggestions given he is from Mostar. Mostar was a very quaint city with lots of little shops that although touristic, didn’t feel like your typical tourist shop. There were all sorts of mosaic lamps, carpets and dishes, it was so cute! The prices there were also super inexpensive, we got two whole meals for 10€ at one of the restaurants. From there we went to the Kravica falls and they were SO beautiful! We were recommended not to swim because it was too cold but swimming in the falls was my absolute highlight! The water was refreshing and you can get so much closer to the falls that way. Definitely recommend bringing your bathing suit! Both the drive to and from Bosnia was a delight in and of itself. We were driving along the Croatian coast with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the little Croatian islands. All in all, it was an amazing day and I was super happy with my experience!

We had very good driver! Local guide in Mostar explained too much about his personal religion… instead of Mostar history and sights…

We booked a Mostar trip with Lea Travel through their office in Lapad and there the sales agent recommended us to book a private tour because we were a group of five and he promised us a much better experience then to go with a group, and he was right.Mr. Kreso was our guide and he really made our day so much more pleasant.Apart from being very nice he was also very informative and just a great guy to be around, it felt like we've known each other for a long time.
The tour itself consisted of a few short stops on route to Mostar and a stop to Kravica waterfall on the way back. Both places are fantastic. We even took a swim on the waterfalls. On the way back Kreso stopped on a few fruit stands and got everyone a bag of fruits to finish off the day.
A great day!
