Naturanda are a travel broker for travelsur. I did the Morocco one day trip from Tarifa and it cost 30 euros more through Naturanda. The trip is good but we’ll worth booking directly through travelsur to save yourself the money.

I will talk about my excursion to Tangier. My group was predominantly (90%) English speaking. The company assigned a young guide who couldn't say a word in English and of course he didn't say anything during the trip, he didn't explain anything at all, he couldn't. But not only that, when we arrived in Tarifa to board the ferry, I was completely confused, I didn't know where anything was, people in the group ended up discovering where we had to go. It was obvious that the guide had never been there. Once on the ferry we had to wait in a very long line for one more passport check with the ferry moving and people trying to stay standing. I realized that in another group the guide had collected the passports of everyone in his group and managed the check while the people were sitting and resting. In our case it was the opposite, our guide sat eating while we stood waiting. Wherever we arrived our guide had no idea what to do or where to go. A disaster. As for the excursion itself, the Hercules cave is a hoax, that is not a cave, it is a little hole in a rock, but the worst thing is to take the group captive to make them listen to the sale of herbs, creams, lotions and not I know what else, almost an hour listening to what is clearly a commission sale for you. A complete abuse. In short, a very poor excursion, without a guide and at a very high cost. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The tour is good, somewhat rushed but overall interesting. The service with Naturanda is terrible, they take a long time to respond to emails or WhatsApp even when it is urgent, we never had a person in charge to coordinate or contact and give us an immediate response.

The bus arrived an hour late for us and if we had not spoken directly to the offices, they would not have told us that the driver was late. Whenever we wanted information and sent email or WhatsApp we had no response.

The worst thing was on the way back, without telling us, they left us in the middle of a road at 10:30 at night, without any means of transportation to our hotel. In Jerez there is no Uber and we did not have any taxi phone number. It was a nightmare getting out of there.

For price its was value for money considering the costs of ferry, transit etc. I would howerver suggest the 2-day trip as you'll have enough time to see more places.

Everything was very good, the Moroccan guide was very friendly and the transportation was very comfortable from Seville to Tarifa. I will repeat.

I had booked the trip to Morocco 3 months before, just on the day of the trip, on the bus I found out that I needed a visa to enter Morocco. I think the agency could have noticed this situation. Then, once I was on the bus, I couldn't do anything else, they charged me 50%, I don't think it was fair.

First of all, our Tangier guide Jamal, was wonderful: very proud of his culture, enthusiastic, positive, and overall very knowledgeable. However, as a private tour, we felt it was more like a list routine stops that all tours do. It did not feel customized to our interests. For instance, we did not want to shop at little shops. The lunch was mediocre. I feel we should’ve done a group tour and saved a lot of money.

Our private guide, Muhamad, was excellent. Good English and rich knowledge of history. The difference between the group tour and private tour was in Tangier. We had our own guide and transportation all day and that was very convenient most of time. Even if we had gone through same stops of merchant sales push, but we could get by faster. A lot less stress when moving to next stop since you don't have to wait for the whole group. we were told Tangier was unusually quiet since we visited at the end of Ramadan holidays. A lot of business were still closed. That actually helped us walk through Medina without constant harassment from street people. I did not have a high expectation about Tangier trip anyway, but was not disappointed either. A little costly, but it was a good experience. Tour company handled everything right. I would recommend this tour if you know where you are visiting. It is not a Scandinavian country nor France. Not even Spain. Its GDP is one tenth of Spain's. That would answer a lot of questions.

This was a long day (15 hours) but well worth it. The 2-hour drive to Tarifa was pleasant and the guide and driver were professional. The ferry passage was fun and the weather glorious. Everything went off without a hitch and we were met at the ferry dock by Rashid, our guide for the day. A natural entertainer, Rashid laughed easily from start to finish while providing us with much information about his city and its culture. Some in our group rode camels and got a kick out of that. Lunch was spectacular (cous-cous; chicken bits on skewers; soup; bread; fresh orange juice) and the musicians added charm. Stops at Jewish synagogue; weavers shop; and medicinal oil shop within the Medina (Old Town) were worthwhile. Of course you could buy whatever struck your fancy. Somewhere along the way I misplaced my return tickets for the ferry. To say I was upset was understating things. But Rashid to the rescue who secured new tickets. Cost me an additional 40 Euros but a bargain as opposed to missing the return trip to Seville. This day really put the word "foreign" in foreign travel; one of the highlights of our two months abroad.

Very long day. Guide in Tangier and driver were excellent. No water or snacks offered on two plus hour bus ride to port. Ferry had concessions. At the end, dropped off in middle of busy street and toke taxi “was over there.” Not worth the money or 15 hour trip to see filthy streets with lots of stray cats.
