Company said driver left before I arrived. Now the company refuses to issue a refund. Operator had my WhatsApp and could have easily contacted for my whereabouts

Pre paid for transfer for no one to turn up then tried contacting them left messages have not heard back so had to pay for taxi on top, be where when thinking about this company so very unprofessional

Leaving the airport on the right, there is the counter on the sidewalk to buy the ticket for 5 euros then queue because when the shuttle arrives, the driver tells us to go back, 15-20 minutes from the station (3rd stop ).
Returning from the station, stop in front of the station exit at the EA terminal, pay the ticket to the driver 5 euros.

Here is the timetable for the (EA bus)—Santa Justa train station to Seville Airport.
The bus usually takes anything between 20-30mins, sometimes more!
the bus stop is just outside the Santa Justa Main entrance/exit. Costs €4 one way, you can pay the driver.

had checked online and found that the bus was the cheapest alternative. had no trouble in finding the bus stop outside the airport and it only took 40 mins to get to centre. it costs 4 euros each per person. would recommend
