A great full day excursion of the ancient archaeological site of Pompeii and suggestive Naples, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Travel in a small group of no more than 6-7 people with a tour assistant in an air-conditioned minivan. Departure from Rome, with one break along the freeway for a mid-morning breakfast or snack.
First stop will be at the Pompeii archeological site where your professional guide it will show the highlights of this intact ancient Roman city. You will visit the main areas of Pompeii, like the Macellum (food market), the Thermal Baths, the areas where the Romans would gather to have dinner and wine as well as the homes of wealthy citizens, where you will learn about their customs and traditions. Lunch and tasting of local products in a biologic farm.
In the afternoon, marvel at the stunning Bay of Naples, take a leisurely stroll through the heart of Naples and indulge in a classic Neapolitan coffee before returning to Rome.

Marie and Claudio we absolutely wonderful. Marie was so helpful and gave us great info on all are destinations. And Claudio was a perfect driver. They were both delightful. It was the best day of our whole trip, couldn't be happier with the service.

I would give this tour 10 stars if I could. It was just my husband and I on this small group tour. It meant that Antionette was able to personalize the tour to suit our needs. Antionette was very informative and told us about what we were seeing on our way to Napoli, lunch and Pompeii. Lunch at the winery was really good with four courses and wine to match the food. We had several hours at Pompeii with a local guide where there were three of us on the tour. Pompeii was incredible. It is amazing what survived the volcano! We only saw a small part of the excavations but it gave us a good sense of how the people lived. I highly recommend it.

Our driver and assistant were terrific and easy to spend the day with the drive from Rome, stop for Pompeii and the serene lunch and wine tasting. Then on Naples to walk around and the scenic view. (Sorry, forgot their names☺️)
Hector our Pompeii tour guide will be unforgettable who is passionate, funny and knowledgeable and full of energy.
Lunch at the winery on the slopes of Mt Vesuvius was a delightfuI wine tasting, the tour and the food was very good. Beautiful 360* views!

Pickup from our Airbnb at 6:45 am was convenient. Drive was comfortable. Stopped half way for a “pit stop” and had breakfast (amazing pastries considering it was a gas station). Theresa was a helpful organizer. Tour of Pompeii with Hector was a #1 highlight of our 10 day vacation. Lunch at the vineyard was delightful. Stopped at Naples for a snack and pictures over the bay. Inspiring. Stopped again halfway home. We were back to our Airbnb just after 6pm due to traffic.
Our group had 10 adults ranging from ages 17-70.

Hands down the most amazing experience we have had on our tour in Rome! Max and Teresa were fantastic and very knowledgeable of every aspect of our trip, we had issues at Pompeii because of a strike and they rearranged the whole day so we could still do everything and not miss out. The visit to the vineyard was fantastic with truly amazing wine and food as well as entertainment. Vino rules the roost. Please go on this trip and enjoy.

Deanna was our guide and Max was the driver they were excellent. Pompeii guide was very knowledgable. Lunch at the winery was great. Wine was terrific. Enjoyed Naples and the views and the coffee stops on the road. It was a fun day. Comfortable ride and great company. Highly recommended.

The tour was short and good but the driver is very rough driving. Driver and guide both were without seatbelts on the highway.
