When I phoned company, said my booking was cancelled, no reason given

Renee met us at our hotel in a Suburban. We were 6 friends away on a girls' trip. She was so friendly and told us so much about Nashville. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

I received text messages as soon as our flight landed with instructions where to meet. My driver called and directed us to the pickup area outside the airport and was waiting.
