I had forgotten to arrange transportation back to the airport. I requested a driver and only gave them about an hour of advanced notice. They rapidly accommodated my request. The car was very nice and clean. The driver could not have been any nicer or better. Highly recommend.

Driver picked us up on time, the SUV was as advertised, and the driver was friendly. The drive from Tulum to Playa Del Carmen was about 45-50 minutes and went smoothly.

You are the best tour company in MX. I travel to MX at least 3 times a year. I will always use you. You have excellent communication. Your drivers are always on time and very courteous. The vehicles are always clean and you have beverages at the ready.

While the service was fine the driver was 45 minutes late in picking me up. This can be very stressful when preparing to leave a foreign country. When I called the driver whose number they had left in contact details, he hung up on me twice and said he was not coming. The transportation provider did quickly text me and sent another car and communicated nonstop, but it started off very rough. Definitely NOT a 24/7 Call Center.

Our driver, Auro was prompt and professional and was the safest driver we had during our time in Mexico. The car was clean and interior spotless and we felt very comfortable in the 1 hr drive to CUN from our hotel in Playa del Carmen. Pricewise, it's about double the cost of a taxi but I think for the comfort and professionalism, it is well worth it. Auro gets 5/5 stars!
I knocked off one star because there was some difficulty reaching the central Profi Driver office in order to confirm our pick up time. The day before our departure, at 6pm local time, I called the contact # for Profi Driver listed on my voucher and the line just kept ringing before asking me to leave a message in French. I looked online and the # is correct, and they also provided an avenue to message through the website chat as well as WhatsApp. I sent a message through the website chat at 6:45pm local time.... no response. I sent a message through WhatsApp at 7:10pm local time...no response.
As you might imagine, I was a little concerned that either the service was not reliable and that I might have to arrange last minute airport transfer - I spoke to our hotel front desk concierge to have a backup just in case. This made our last night on vacation fairly stressful (even though our flight wasn't until early afternoon the next day). Finally, at 10:19pm local time, I got a response through the WhatsApp message and we were able to set the pick-up time. So, even though they advertise that they have agents "on the line" 24/7, it took several attempts and many hours to get any sort of response back.
This is in stark contrast to other companies that I had used during this vacation for similar services that had a person answering the phone any time I called or tried to message online to make arrangements. So, while they did provide excellent service in terms of getting us to the airport with a great driver, they really shouldn't advertise 24/7 agent contacts, and you should be prepared to wait hours (and perhaps set things in much more advance) for a response.
