Explore the beauty from mountain Batur from early morning trek to see sunrise. You will have private mount Batur trekking guide for whole of your trek up and down (approximately 4 hours) and also private hotel pick up and transfer. Itinerary :
01:30 – 3:00 am. Pick up at the hotel with a private AC car.
03:15 am. Coffe break service
03.30 am. Trekkking up to Mount Batur summit is begin.
05:30 – 06:00 am. Arrive at the peak of mount batur.
06:30 am. Breakfast on Mount Batur (banana sandwiches, cakes, eggs, fruit and hot drinks).
07:00 am.Down or around the mountain batur crater (depending on your request)
08:30 am.Arrive at the finish point and return to your hotel.

The view is spectacular, and the walk up through the jungle is awesome!
Even though we could only make it a little over halfway to the jeep spot because we weren't feeling very well, the experience was incredible!
Our guide, Jatayu, was super amazing, he was very accommodating and caring and took some amazing photos and videos for us, and cooked us breakfast when we stopped at the jeep spot.
We will definitely be doing (attempting) this again when we come back!

We had the chance, my father and I, to be guided by the amazing Jatayu for this first trek and sunrise of mount Batur… It’s a memory my father and I will cherish forever. Not only Jatayu was nice and sweet but he understood we were in good shape and not afraid by some effort and gave us the sweat of our life 🌋🧗🏼♂️🎆🌚💦. He also provide us good material : bottle of water, headlamp, walking stick (wich was reaaaaally helpfull in steepy slopes) and placed us at a really good spot (since we arrived faaar before sunrising). We had the chance the sunrise was amazing 🌅🙌🏼 and discovered afterwhile that Jatayu kindly took some extra films and pictures of us that we weren’t aware of📸🫠. He also guided up to the top for extra amazing views and good explanations of the history of the volcano. Was he done yet ? Of course not… Why walking peacefully down when we can run, right ?? 😂🏃🏼♂️🏔️✨. Thank you so much for this adventure 🙏🏻🫶🏼🙏🏻.

Great Experience! Unfortunately, the clouds/fog prevented a good view of the sunrise. Our guide Tana did a great job taking care of us for the trip, he was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.

We went for Batur sunrise trekking with Kliwan. He was a great guide telling us some interesting facts about the local farming and volcanic activities. Once we reached the peak he took care of us with hot tea, coffee and breakfast. Kliwan also takes great pictures and chooses best spot for sunset so trust his advise After sunrise he has shown us other side of the mt Batur where the sunset trip afrrives, he was even up to running down with us! 10/10 can recommend to you this trip with Kliwan!

The views were beautiful and our tour guide Tana was amazing, he answered all our questions about the mountain, the hike and even unrelated topics that interested us. He also took a lot of nice photos and videos about us. Refreshing experience, would recommend to anyone who would like to explore Mount Batur and is not afraid to move a little.

We did the sunset tour which was amazing and a lot less busier than sunrise. Our guide Carik was amazing and very helpful throughout our tour. Highly recommend to others

We had a great experience with Bagus tours and highly recommend them for anyone thinking of doing the mount Batur sunrise hike. Bagus tours pick you up from your accommodation and can tailor the tour to what you want to do after the hike, they are very flexible. We decided to take the jeep and hike from half way up Mount Batur, our guide Ady was awesome, very knowledgeable of the area and a veteran that's been taking people up and down the mountain for many years. He was very patient and would go at our pace and also give us a helping hand on the tough parts of the hike. I would highly recommend Mangku Suryady as your guide! Also want to give thanks to Adiguna who was our driver that picked us up and dropped us back to our accommodation, he was very friendly. Thank you to both Adi's and Bagus tours!

First of, the view deserve to be seen. The ascent is not that hard and with 3 checkpoint if you need to rest. You get a walking stick during the ascent which make it even easier. At the end, just before sunrise you get a breakfast make by your guide. That breakfast is comforting.
Now I want to talk about the experience. We were with Carik as our guide. He knows every single details to make the best out of any action during the trekking. The timing was close to perfect to see the sunrise. And among everything Carik has a talent for photograph. He did photograph, video of us that are beautiful.
Also one more thing about Carik :
I lost my glasses during the trekking and Carik manage to find it.
You can trust him and if you can, ask to be with him.
