Great driver. Very flexible and accommodating. They had good tips to eat and stop. The tour is not really guided, you need to know the history at front of the places to visit or rely on what is offered at the sites

The driver was polite but only greeted and didn’t speak to us until got to the first stop. It was too cloudy to go on rope way, which we could have discussed prior to arriving. He took us to one restaurant which doesn’t take card, only cash. We needed to know this prior to eating there. Also restaurant had one staff member serving and food took 45 mins out but the food was really good. The van smelled of cigarettes and driver spoke broken english. I’d opt for a tour next time.

The guide on the trip maybe spoke 4 words total the whole day, and he could speak English. I was really hoping for some History, or Japanese culture along the way. Totally overpriced and we paid for tickets to everything. I’m very disappointed

Our Driver-cum-Guide, Aki brought us to see as many sights as possible. He was very patient especially with kids' time management. He also gave us good tips and leads even on sites which were were not part of the tour.

Awesome service, driver/guide is very nice, super helpful, and extremely insightful. Family really enjoyed spending time in Nikko, especially the waterfalls and the lake. Overall, very pleasant experience, highly recommended for families with kids who want to enjoy Nikko to its fullest.

Our driver/guide Ahmed was terrific. (We were delighted to have him again on another Ohayo Travel day tour at a later date.) He was thoroughly professional: prompt, polite, and a pleasure to be with. Ahmed's English was very good, and he provided lots of useful background about the culture, history, etc. He went out of his way to be accommodating to us. Not only did he take us to all the wonderful destinations in the itinerary, he even took us to another great spot that we hadn't expected. He also found us a fine place to enjoy local food for lunch. Some of the numerous highlights were Kegon Falls, Akechidaira Observation Area, and the Nikko Tosho-gu shrine. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time and felt very safe! We traveled on a Saturday and traffic was terrible but our drive kept a positive attitude and made sure that we didn’t miss anything. It was nice to have a day where we didn’t have to worry about coordinating transportation. Nikko is absolutely breathtaking!! Don’t miss it!

It was a beautiful day for sightseeing in Nikko, and our guide Ahmed made sure that we got to see everything we were hoping for. The day was long and could have been much longer due to a major accident on the highway as we were returning to Tokyo that evening. Ahmed was able to find alternative routes and got us back to our hotel at the scheduled arrival time. Thanks again, Ahmed!
