Departure Shuttle: Waikiki Hotel to Airport

The driver was rude when I asked him I didn’t know where the pickup was. He hung up on me and we had to get a taxi to take us to the airport I tried contacting them and never got a respond. I did not get my money refunded even though the driver was rude.

We waited over 35 minutes then gave up and hailed a cab. They called us about 45 minutes after pick up to see if we still at hotel. I was nearly to airport at that time. No apologies given

Pick-up time was 6 am. Later received a text stating they would arrive between 6-6:15. I called and said 6:15 was too late (airplane reservations). Phone operater said that's the way it is. I had no options. Next day driver arrived 5:35! We were barely out of bed, alarm had not even gone off. We were ready to go but this was not done correctly. How would you rate this company? Driver amiable and had called 5 minutes before arrival. But please, no surprises.

Our driver was great, very nice and friendly. We got to the airport with plenty of time. She answered all of our questions that we had about sites we passed along the way.

From the moment I called Fly shuttle to change the booking time, to arriving at the airport on time. They picked us up on time and had us dropped off on time.

Great experience - booked the shuttle the day before (needing a ride came up last minute) and had no problem. The day of ride I called at 8am to see if my 10am ride could push to 11am due to my flight getting delayed. Again, no issue with changing. Came when they said and brought us to airport. Very easy to reach and make arrangements.
