Excellent tour! The agenda was very manageable and appropriate. Best part was Rob, he was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Our family of four (with young teens) had a great time.

We enjoyed this tour as an intro to London. Our tour guide highlighted all of the important items to see in the Tower. Although we did not enter into the lookout portion of the London Bridge, we did venture across and walked to an open air market for lunch.

We got to the meeting point 45” earlier and send a text to confirmed the location. They sent us to another location and then said sorry for not updating in time the new location. They sent us back to the previous location and at the end we lost the whole entire tour and haven’t received our money back! Awful experience!

Amber was a fantastic guide. We had to pivot on the morning of our tour as the Tower opening time was changed. Amber created an itinerary to keep us engaged and entertained until the Tower opened. She was full of information about the history, with a lot of facts that we didn't know.
I really liked that we weren't on headsets, we would get to a certain exhibit, like the crown jewels, and , after a bit of info, went on our own, and met again after we explored on our own.
I was a great time!

Amber, our guide, was so engaging and knowledgeable. The opening time for the Tower was changed due to construction and she pivoted the entire tour with new sites and info.

Rachel was an excellent guide and full of knowledge that we would not have gotten doing this tour ourselves. She was friendly and entertaining from the jump, pointing out things like the changing of the guards. She took us through the Tower of London and the crown jewels, across the Tower Bridge, down the river and through Borough Market (even though the market stalls were closed). I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to make sure they get more knowledge and stories behind just seeing what is in the museum.
