No dia da viagem, vieram buscar-nos ao hotel. Correu tudo muito bem, bom barco, almoço no barco mais que suficiente e que estava incluído (exceto bebidas).

Booking was very simples and easy , a lot Cheaper than everywhere else. Giang sorted all of our transport out to Ninh Binh aswell !

This place is located in just near old quarters they best thing of this place is they "Thien"(person name) this guy firstly has they good knowledge and experience i really loved they experience with such a compative price with others they are not into loot you they provide a best experience trip in budget definitely recommend then others as they other are overcharging i booked 2 trip with them and they gave me 1 sim for free the best thing

Minh was so helpful! I came to the office in person and she went through I don't know how many options with me so patiently.

The one we ended up picking was perfect! Just the right price for what I was looking for not the fanciest but not the cheapest either.

She also connected me with someone to help me in Cambodia!

I will send any of my friends and family her way when they visit!

We took multiple services from the company located in the heart of Old quarter just opposite to Mad Monkey Hanoi. Rates offered were best and we did compared with other local operators in that area.

They have many promotions going on and we got an extra sim card after booking 2 services with them

We did Halong Bay and Ninh Binh day tours with them.

They understood english well so was easy to discuss and understand and the staff was very patient to offer whatever possible options they have.

You can book bus tickets for inter city travel and we did from Hanoi to Hue with them

All in all great service and will totally recommend to fellow travellers

Brownie points: If you are in a different city and again want there services they are just one call away

Booked two day trips and service was excellent from Minh and Tien. Both were really friendly and got to understand what we wanted to get the best trip possible and also arranged a bus for us to continue our travels and keeping us notified the whole way which went very smoothly! I would highly recommend to go into the travel agency to get the best service from them

The whole experience was very nice. The only inconvenience we had was the noise or vibration of an engine or machine on our cruise, we don't know exactly but it interrupted the sleep of several people at night. Everything else was wonderful, we had a great time and we ate very tasty! Many thanks for everything.
