No matter it's your first time or Xth time in Madrid, this tour is the best experience you can have.
We went to 3 different tavern in the area of "Chueca", from historical to the trendy ones.
The vermouth and cava, as well as the white one really amazed us as we don't usually have the good ones in China. The final red one is also an excellent choice, goes with all the amazing tapas we had.
Jimena is such knowledgable and adorable, time flies so fast for the 2.5 hours we had together. Highly recommend to anyone who's interested in the Spanish wines with high quality.

Absolutely would recommend this wine and tapas tour in Madrid. Jimena is extremely knowledgeable as a sommelier and provides excellent information regarding each of the wines. The pairings were perfect and really enhanced the experience. Not only were the wines top notch, but the food was as well.
Jimena made the evening very fun while immersing us in both the Spanish wine and food cultures of the regions. We also had the opportunity to explore areas of Madrid which were new to us. Great experience all around!

Jimena gave us a fabulous experience that we never could have experienced without her knowledge and insight. We all had a great evening and enjoyed every minute with her. The wine and tapas pairings were fantastic and so were her choices in establishments.

We had the best time on this tour in Madrid. Jimena taught us all about Vermut, Cava and several white and red wines, plus many foods as well. We tried the best goat cheese I’ve ever had. Don’t second guess taking this tour, just book it! Learned so much, drank so much, and made many memories.
