Harley from Crossing Vietnam Tour organised our entire trip covering Hanoi, Sapa, Halong bay and Ninh Binh. Since it was the first time I was visiting with my daughter, I didn’t want any problems. Harley was thorough and made sure that every aspect was very well planned and managed. She was always available through WhatsApp and provided us the full support during our trip, videos when I forgot my jacket in the car🥰
We met some lovely people and created great memories. Would love to go back another time.

We were trying our luck by choosing a local tour. We were so surprised with how amazingly our organizer Daphne was. She worked above and beyond. We told her how long our holiday in Vietnam would be, and which spot that we were interested to see and viola itinerary completed in no time. She is very efficient and sorting out all hiccups with booking in no time.
We were really looked after by Daphne. The price is very reasonable, there are options for hotel stars, and itinerary is clear. We will definitely recommend Crossing Vietnam to anyone who wants to travel to Vietnam. Especially if this is your first time trip there.

I went for 5N 6D trip with my family. I already had a rough idea in my mind what all to cover. And then Harley helped in figuring out the complete timeline without letting me waste even an hour. I wish I had more days in Vietnam.
She was helpful through the trip and coordinating for all the minute things and kind of ease she provided with the details was just amazing.

This tour package was perfect for my group! Lana was our tour contact throughout the 6 days, and she was wonderful. We had constant contact via Whatsapp about our pick up times, info about additional tours, and overall she was a great help and we deeply appreciated her help. This tour package was brilliant, our highlights included the food tour on day 1 with Rachel, where we found delicious spots for Vietnamese food & drinks. We also loved the hotel we stayed in Sapa, which felt luxurious. A great experience was had by all!

Unforgettable experience!!! I did a 7 day tour of Northern Vietnam organized by Lana who coordinated every detail. My itinerary was packed with fun activities & insightful experiences. Included in the week’s adventures - I did a tour of an incense village with Mike, a Hanoi street food tour with Bucky, and ended my trip with an incredible sightseeing scooter tour of the city with Josh. All the guides at the agency were kind & eager to share their knowledge of Vietnam, I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam :)

We recently did a 15 day tour of Vietnam arranged completely by Miss Harley and every detail was planned to perfection ❤️. From transfers , visas internal flights , city tours and our hotels she planned it all for us and was available 24 hours a day to assist us when needed . Loved everything and will be using her and the company next time

Worked with Harley to customize this tour to a two person private targeted tour of Sapa and Mu Cang Chai. Harley was incredibly responsive and on top of my requests for changes, and she was able to create a tour that other companies said they wouldn’t/couldn’t do that ended up being amazing. She arranged for a really wonderful driver and guide, and when I had last minute issues with my visa she was lightning fast at helping me resolve it and responsive even past business hours. Highly recommend this group and if you can work with Harley even better!
