Had the most wonderful time! Chloe was a great guide, was super helpful, and the coffee was delicious! I’m personally not a big coffee person, but I think I have found one (or three!) I really enjoyed! It wasn’t just egg coffee, but also brown and white coffee—both iced, which were perfect for the summer heat. My boyfriend also really enjoyed because he loves coffee and eggs! Highly recommend this class if you’re in Hanoi!

Chloe was my instructor for the Egg Coffee Class. She was patient, easy to follow and excellent in speaking English. If you love egg coffee, come to Cafe Minh to learn how to make it for yourself at home. We also covered making brown and white coffee which was fabulous.
