Everything was superbly organized by Lana Ngyuen and our guide Bruno is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us. Her English is great. This tour was a really great experience, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi briefly.
If I come to Vietnam again, I would definitely book our tours with you!!

Travis was a great Tour Guide. He was very knowledgeable about Vietnam history and
showed us the highlights of the Hanoi. I would strongly recommend him to anyone visiting the city of Hanoi.

We (a group of four friends) booked the private half-day tour. We booked somewhat last-minute (the afternoon before), and the company was very responsive on WhatsApp. Travis was an excellent guide! He spoke wonderful English and gave us a lot of interesting and useful information. The driver was also excellent (and the breaks in the air-conditioned car were much appreciated).

Hanoi city tour by moped was fantastic. Our drivers/guides were amazing, so informative and really spent a lot of time explaining everything, we got to see so much and also taste some egg coffee and pho .
Train street was also awesome !!!
Our guides Khoi, Po anh Thomas we re the best. Would 100% recommend.

We had a pleasant afternoon today with Travis. Funny and cheerful, but still with immense knowledge of the Vietnam history. We learned a lot today and we’re loving this wonderful city even more.

What an amazing and fun tour with our guide, Po and driver, Duke! Po is very knowledgeable, polite and fun to be with. It was effortless to be driven around in the crazy traffic by such a competent driver in a nice, air conditioned car. It was a 96 F day, so Po adjusted the tour so that we would not get over heated. He is a gentleman and opened all the doors for me. We learned so much about Hanoi in only this half day tour. The tour far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Po and Duke at Crossing Vietnam Tour!

we did both the city tour & food tour and they were both amazing! Devin did a great job showing us the sights, and we had an amazing Banh Mi sandwich with Hoi.

Had a great time with Po on the half day tour and Hannah on the food tour. Both guides were excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to talk to. Harley did a great job organising and suggesting tours based on our schedule. 10/10 experience

We took a half day tour with our guide, Aaron. He and his driver picked us up punctually from our hotel.
At each attraction, Aaron explained to us very clearly in good English the history and background. Without a good guide, it would be difficult to appreciate the beauty of Hanoi.
At the end of the tour, we were dropped off at our hotel.
