Terrible! If you like being herded around like cattle with 90 strangers then this is the Toledo for you! After a quick photo stop of Toledo the next stop was at a”sword making factory” tourist trap trying to sell you swords and trinkets. Then it was off to a 1 hour walking tour of Toledo - group now split English/Spanish speakers- so now only 45 in group so couldn’t hear what tour leader was saying with all the street noise, etc 😣. So we gave up, abandoned the tour group and just did our own thing. We didn’t even wait for the return tour bus back to Madrid but returned by public bus instead. So I suggest don’t bother with this trip - a complete waste of money! If you need to see Toledo you can just get a public bus to/from Toledo, get your own map from the Tourist Info and do you own tour around the town.

We went on the half day tour, which was a good length of time. Angie our guide was awesome and provided commentary in both English and Spanish on the bus trip there. Once we were there we were split into groups of English or Spanish. Meeting place was well described. The tour was informative and enjoyable and we would recommend it.

Very beautiful landscapes, the history that surrounds the place is wonderful.
Nice experience, everyone very friendly from Delfín to Angie our guides who were very friendly and mastered the history and the tour.

Andi is very good, however, I think the queues to get on the bus should respect the order in which passengers arrive.
To listen to the local guide we must have individual audio.
A lot of information is lost because the guide uses very low sound.

The city of Toleda is very characteristic and is worth coming for a visit. Our date, Alejandra, seemed a little organized; the way of speaking was very fast and, often, we did not understand everything that was explained. He didn't have a microphone to amplify his voice. Clean bus and good guidance of drivers.
