Segovia Aqueduct, a world UNESCO world heritage site. t is one of the best-preserved elevated Roman aqueducts and the foremost symbol of Segovia, as evidenced by its presence on the city's coat of arms.
2. Cathedral of Segovia
Segovia Cathedral is the Gothic-style Roman Catholic cathedral located in the main square (Plaza Mayor) of the city of Segovia, in the community of Castile-Leon, Spain. The church, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, was built in a Gothic style in the mid-16th century.
3. Alcazar of Segovia
The Alcázar of Segovia is a medieval alcázar located in the city of Segovia, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Rising out on a rocky crag above the confluence of two rivers near the Guadarrama mountains, it is one of the most distinctive castle-palaces in Spain by virtue of its shape – like the bow of a ship. The Alcázar was originally built as a fortress but has served as a royal palace, a state prison, a Royal Artillery College and a military academy since then. It is currently used as a museum and a military archives building.

5. Catedral Primada
The Primate Cathedral of Saint Mary of Toledo is a Roman Catholic church and it is the seat of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Toledo. The cathedral of Toledo is one of the three 13th-century High Gothic cathedrals in Spain and is considered, in the opinion of some authorities, to be the magnum opus of the Gothic style in Spain.
6. Alcazar de Toledo
The Alcázar of Toledo is a stone fortification located in the highest part of Toledo, Spain. Once used as a Roman palace in the 3rd century, it was restored under Charles I (Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor) and his son Philip II of Spain in the 1540s. In 1521, Hernán Cortés was received by Charles I at the Alcázar, following Cortes' conquest of the Aztecs. Most of the alcázar was rebuilt, or restored, between 1939 and 1957 after the Siege of the Alcázar of the Spanish Civil War.

First we didn't get any notification about change of meeting place.we had to take a taxi and barley made it. we understood 20% of what he guide said ! Then the bus broke.... at the end of the day it was too big of a group and most Spanish speaking. Most of the day we were on the bus.It should be organized different.

The departure point was changed only a few days prior to departure and not as convenient for us. No where was the drop off point listed. We had to take a E10.00 taxi to get back close to our hotel.

We had a bad experience on this trip. We were on time at the venue designated for pick left on time( Spanish time). I say this because we left 15 mins after. That’s ok but half way to the trip our bus broke down somehow, we managed to reach Segovia which took us over two hours to reach. After a hurried 20 min break The guide started the tour and announced we need to hurry as our entrance time to the palace has passed. The ear pieces that were handed out weren’t working so we were running behind him to hear what he was saying . Guide was very nice. So we hurried there and finished tour. Not much free time in Segovia there after. Keep in mind there are no public toilets in Segovia so you need to go to a store buy food and then use their facility. We waited there for our bus for over half hour and then finally the bus arrived. The same bus with some repairs. The A/c in the bus wasn’t working everyone was unhappy. We were late so got traffic to get to Toledo. Again they gave us 20 mins to eat and join tour by guide of the city. Not happy that we couldn’t explore out much and had lost interest. Here too no public toilets the only quick meal we could grab was mac Donald or Burger King and they wouldnt let us use toilets if we didn’t buy. Still very bad toilets and dirty. People were rude. We returned late tired and unhappy . Other people had more problems . We heard other passengers say that they gave them wrong pick up venu . They had paid for the castle tour in their ticket but still had to pay on site . Don’t go it’s not worth your time !

Louis, the tour guide from Big Bus was excellent and was very helpful. The entire journey was great and got to make couple of friends. I had a wonderful time.

Good tour. I liked that it started at 9 am. We went to Segovia first which I think was good since I really enjoyed it especially the tour of the alcazar and the walk through the town. The aquaduct was good too. The tour of Toledo didn't have much time but I was happy with it.

My teen son and I did enjoy the guided visit to Toledo and Segovia led by Elena and Mar the guides with Yussen the driver.
Everything was on time, probably the meeting point at the Neptun fountain could be better described in the materials received at the tour buying, but we made it.
The guides were knowledgeable and very nice, also was the driver.
As for an event acquired in the street, in a kiosk with magnets, we considered it as very good service and good value for money.
As a plus, we had a very nice lunch in the El Bernardin restaurant in Segovia as recommended but our guide. The scoop of goat cheese ice cream in the salad was creme de la creme!

Good but chaotic. The bus from Toledo to Segovia was late while we were waiting in the sun, the guide on the second bus had a very heavy accent, a fight erupted between the guide and some passengers who tried to seek on from a different tour, delaying the bus for over 30 minutes.
