This tour is really a taxi service. The driver doesn’t provide any history or information about either area. We also asked to stop to take pictures of the yachts in Monaco for F1 and he didn’t know where to stop

Avoid ! Driver late - 1st and last stop missed off the trip - most of the time at the perfumery - only 40 mins at Monaco in total - barely time to get to palace and back . Despite the trip being incomplete Viator won’t refund - avoid

First of all, we were booked for the morning trip and then earlier on, we received a text from the tour staff that our trip was moved in the afternoon at 2 pm, which really affected our plans for the day. So the 9 am pick-up time became 2:45 pm due to a couple who were not ready yet during their pick-up time and so everything else were rushed up and I can sense that the male tour guide was not so happy with the situation and got a little bit cranky so that he compressed all the activities for the excursion for 3 hours or so (which is supposed to be 5 hours) so that we will be able to be back to Nice by 6:30 pm. Before the trip, the tour guide should have informed the couples about the Do's and the DONT's inside the vehicle and during the excursion but he did not mention anything until he asked one of the couples to refrain from eating inside the coach which the tour guide could have said in a more polite manner. We paid for the tour and we expect that somehow we will get the most fun out of it but there were tension going on which is unnecessary. I believe that credit points should be given back to us by Viator for this experience.
Looking at the positive side though, I find that the route of the excursion was awesome and I learned much about Nice, Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. The coach we used for the trip was nice and comfortable as well.

Our tour guide was great but the company this is operated through is awful at communication. They moved our pickup location and time without notifying us. What was supposed to be a five hour tour was turned into a 4 hour tour because we were picked up an hour late. When you try to get a hold of the tour operator they are never available and then blame you for not receiving an email they never sent.

We were picked up from VilleFranche and went smoothly. We were on our way to Eze but stopped at a perfume factory for over an hour which was not in our itinerary. We could have had much more time in Eze if we hadn’t stopped at the perfume factory which was of no interest to us.
We really enjoyed Monaco and Monte Carlo. We appreciated it was a half day tour, but we could have spent more time at each place had we not stopped at the perfume factory.

Phoned the day before to be told there was no morning excursion and I had been moved to a morning slot. All my friends were in the morning slot still so I knew the travel company were lying to me as my friends hadn’t been advised of booking moved. Eventually after much backing forth and to through the day multiple calls I was assured I would have a seat. However the following day an eight seater taxi turned up with a rude driver who told me I didn’t have a seat my friend didn’t have a seat and he couldn’t pick up our other friends as he couldn’t fit them in the car. This excursion had been booked in advance a couple of months ago by all fourteen off us at a rate of 48.00 each. The driver then all day was berating us missing stops taking photos of us for time stamps without permission so for example he drove away from the hotel late due to him telling us we all couldn’t get in the car. And took a photographs of the time he was leaving which had all of us on he then said it was our fault that their company was overbooked and left late and he wouldn’t give us the half hour waiting time back later in the day. We all were very upset by our experiences and the excursion was not worth the money for what we did. Our holiday group do a lot of holidays throughout the year and have all agreed to not use Viator again preferring to use better managed company’s and apps instead. The driver had no people skills consistently arguing with people in our group. I really think we should all be refunded for the appalling day trip we had.

Cancelled on the morning of the trip. Lucky I saw the email. Very disappointed. Lost confidence in the supplier and no time to find a replacement.

This was an amazing tour, a great snapshot of the French Riviera from the little village of Eze to the glamour of Monaco and Monte Carlo. The tour guide was the best.

This was a very good - and personal tour of the areas west of Nice. Definitely an area to see. Wish I had more time. Our tour guide was very personal, engaging, and knowledeable.

The places visited were wonderful. The tour company guide/driver shouldn’t be working as a driver. We basically had no guide. Just a driver. The communication with a company for confirmation, etc, was terrible. The car for the tour came on time but the driver was sick and honestly put in danger every 8
Passengers for being exposed. His english was poor, even for few sentences he said about when/where to meet. I would skip going with this tour company if you have a choice of others.
