▪️Reply: Very fast. I happened to find this operator's account on X (formerly Twitter) about half a month before the trip, and when I contacted them through the website, they replied immediately. I was very relieved to hear the smooth communication in Japanese.
▪️Arrangements: They respond flexibly to your convenience. Our flight was canceled, so our entry into Turkey was delayed, but they responded quickly. Specifically, we had booked a two-day tour (half a day + 1 day = 1.5 days in total), but we only had 0.5 days (half a day) to spare, so we quickly toured the famous sites of Cappadocia in half a day. Even so, the amount of information (guide) was enough!
▪️Guide Ken: As an archaeologist, he is knowledgeable about history and geography (topography) and is very fluent in Japanese. He is also a fun person to talk about things other than Turkey (life stories).
▪️Airport transfer: We requested a transfer from the hotel to the airport. Since we had a little extra time, they were considerate enough to take us to some places we hadn't been able to see the previous day.
