Why not take a drive to visit Aswan by the Nile. Enjoy seeing the beautiful Philae Temple, the ancient Unfinished Obelisk and the amazing High Dam all in a brilliant one day tour.

We had such a great day!!. Despite the long drive (full 6 hours from our hotel), we enjoyed watching through the car window while crossing several Egyptian villages. Our driver did not speak English but we manage to practise our sign language skills.
Once in Aswan we met with our tour guide, Mohamed, who was extremely kind and knew a lot about the Egyptian History. It was a pleasure to know this beautiful city, to visit one of the biggest dams all over the world, the Philae temple, of course a sailing experience over the Nile waters and to see the unfinished obelisque of Asuan. Unfortunatelly (or not) we will have to come back because we want to see more and we hope we can meet Mohamed again. The trip back home was long and mostly in darkness. Thanks to our great driver, we felt very safe and confident. Keep on the good work guys.
