Guide canceled the same day of the booking, because we were arriving on a cruise we could not re-schedule it. We were not able to find any other alternative and left to just walk the city on our own

We arrived at the church (meeting place) in Cannes. Only to be told by the tour provider our to guide (Conny) that she will not be showing up because her doghouse a problem and she would not be providing the tour.
The tour provided no other guide options!
Advising NOT to use this service or Conny!
Disputing the credit card charge as well! .

Guide did nothing but take our pictures and put us on a local tour instead so we didn't walk and hear the history from here but on a different tour that we could have paid ourselves and it was cheaper. Instead we paid for 2 tours because of this woman
