Everything was perfect, except to find the signs for the bus stop, they were places that didn't have it, so you have to ask or guess.

They need more clarity on their website, specifically, all of the hop on hop off locations. We spent a couple of hours trying to work with Viatour to get information.

The views are super worth it and pretty. It is the best way to experience a city. The only issue is they give you a a receipt and a bracelet. If you lose the receipt you cannot board again. We did one route, had lunch and lost our receipt. They wouldn’t let us in again and insisted we pay the full price again. I understand this was my fault except the person who wouldn’t let us on is the person who checked us in. A bit predatory. It was nice otherwise.

OMG! It was so HOT and humid. The BUS had no air and no windows to open. The driver was so crabby and rude. This was our first experience in Mexico. Traffic was horrid and I guess it's like this every Friday. So don't take the Turibus.

There were no memorable parts because Turinus tour had no record of my purchase. Although I showed them the QR code and gave them the booking Ref. # they could not find it in their system. I was forced to purchase the tickets all over!!! I tried contacting the Viator tour operator contact number and no one responded. I would like a refund, But it is impossible to get in touch with a live individual from Viator!!!

Hot and waited hours per stop in traffic, I don’t ever want to use this in Mexico. All other hope on bus in the past are super nice .rome Barcelona etc Paris. But Mexico version is the worst

No stars.. It was a disaster. We arrived 5 min before bus.. Local agent was busy with others and when he got to us he couldn't read the voucher so we couldn't board.. He said next bus 15.20min..He has to manually enter bar code into his machine..when he gave us our tickets they had the wrong date.. We showed our voucher again.. He finally hand wrote a note confirming date.. Bus arrived 35 min after one we missed. English Audio was nearly impossible to hear over Spanish
. demonstrations blocked streets.. Certainly the bus company should have known there would be problems. We were on the bus for one pickup stop then at a standstill.. No information available in any language.. After waiting 30 min with no forward motion we got off the bus and walked.. Never got on a bus again..
