Never showed or called. Duid not answer phone for me or Viator rep. Left me stranded at the airport. Had to pay uber to get to hotel.

Arrangements need to be better because we had to look for the driver instead of them looking for us. We didn’t get any information how to locate the driver when arrived.

The driver never communicated with me and did not show up. Yet my credit card was charged. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I had arrange a new ride with someone I had no way to trust. Luckily he was a good person and took care but it cost me $120 US.

Our ride from the airport was pleasant. The driver spoke English and was courteous and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable.

Wasn’t a good experience, my flight was delayed and I communicated with my driver before that my flight was delayed an hour and he said it was fine and he will pick me up when I arrive. When I arrived I try to communicate with him and didn’t get an answer. Waited 45 minutes. Just got an Uber. Wouldn’t recommend. Wasted $40.
