Driver was late...super late. They do not have a phone number to call for service. The number shown on their website in Bogota is never answered.
BAD SERVICE. Amazed that BOOKING.COM uses them.

Our flight was delayed by 2hrs. We were so worried because I was not able to contact the company to let them know. Our driver was there waiting for us with a personalized name sign, as he had been tracking our flight!
