It didn’t happen!? At pick up time they told us they will be 1 hour late. Which meant we had to seek alternate arrangements

Driver was very nice. Good driving. Clean vehicle. I would use viator again but $160 is costly. I found it for $110

While the driver was kind and effective, we did not get the car we had booked. We were picked up in a large clunky 15-passenger van instead.
