My experience with the private transfer vehicle from Ezeiza Airport to Buenos Aires City was mixed. The driver was a no-show. I never heard from him or the company. I asked for a refund from TripAdvisor and haven't heard back from them either.

I am grateful for booking this car ride ahead of my arrival in Buenos Aires. It was much simpler to look for my name on the driver's sheet and he was very helpful getting my luggage to a spot where he could pick me up. My driver was courteous and a very careful driver.

That didn’t work out at all. Initial pickup was set by system right on the time the plane was to touch down… rather questionable. When trying to reschedule to 2 hours later to accommodate for immigration and luggage delivery, the initial response by viator was quick, but they couldn’t confirm a change. After that no communication, no car

Diego the driver send a picture of our name so we knew what to look for. he also made it very comfortable for us to get in the car, it was raining but he tried to keep us dry. he is a very good and very safe driver. he also gave us information about Buenos Aires and all the important buildings and places we passed on the way from the airport to our hotel. we really enjoyed it.
