Rene is the best driver I’ve ever met. He drove us quickly and safely to our destination. He was very helpful and gave us information about the places we went to. I highly recommend going on the tour with the driver Rene. Overall I enjoyed the tour and Budapest is a beautiful city.

This was a 12 hour day. Our driver, Peter, was with us for the entire time. He was easy for conversation and was a safe driver. We enjoyed him. The Budapest local guide, Frank, provided history but with little personality. He did not have a presentation style like our other tour guides in Vienna.

First off, the driver, Steven, brought his girlfriend to the trip and introduced her as a trainee.
Second, Gabor, our tour guide in Budapest was about 20 minutes late and we had to wait in the parking lot of the Marriott.
Gabor, the tour guide was dealing with a ‘crisis’ and was on the phone half the time. The tour was rushed and he appeared irritated and we spent most of our time in the car with him on the phone. My family and I understand that he had a crisis, but we booked and the operator agreed to the booking so we expect to get what we paid for. It was just incredibly disappointing.
Steven was kind enough to make a pit stop at Parndorf on our way back to Vienna because we finished early with our ‘tour’ of Budapest early.
I have booked a lot of tours in Viator and this is the worst.

It felt like we were part of a fairytale.. our driver René was cordial and entertaining. Mike our guide exuded passion for Budapest, embodying the soul of the city! Totally impressed! Truly humbled to have experienced this piece of heaven..
